Custom Orders
All rugs are handmade and custom made based on the design selected by the customer. Because of this, all sales are final once production has started.
Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of replacing your order.
Damaged Items
If your rug arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or solution.
