All Rugs are handmade and made to order. Please allow 5-15 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Time
Once your rug is completed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size of the rug and the delivery address.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
